Right of withdrawal (EU – 14 days)

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

• Physical products: the period runs 14 days from the day you, or a person you designate, receive the goods.
• Gift cards: the period runs 14 days from the day of purchase, provided the gift card has not been redeemed.
• Digital content (Palette App): see “Exceptions” below.

To withdraw, send a clear statement to info@lebere.eu before the period expires. You may use this model text:

“I hereby withdraw from my contract for the purchase of the following item(s): … Ordered on: … / Received on: … Order number: … Name: … Address: … Date: …”

Returning goods

Please return physical goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal, to:

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please handle the goods with reasonable care. If they show signs of use beyond what is necessary to check their nature and characteristics, we may reduce the refund accordingly.

Refunds

We refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used, unless agreed otherwise. For physical goods we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of sending them, whichever is earlier.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• digital content not supplied on a physical medium (the Palette App access code), once delivery has begun with your express prior consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal;
• goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

Defects and statutory warranty

Please check your order on receipt. If an item is defective, damaged in transit or incorrect, contact us at info@lebere.eu. Independently of the right of withdrawal, you are entitled to the statutory warranty for lack of conformity under EU and Slovenian law.
