Refund & Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU – 14 days)

If you are a consumer shopping from within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason and without any justification.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods (or, in the case of multiple items delivered separately, 14 days from receipt of the last item).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. an email) before the withdrawal period expires. You can contact us at info@lebere.eu. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the 14-day period expires — you do not need to have returned the goods by then.

You do not need to use a specific form, but for your convenience you may use this model text:

"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the purchase of the following goods: [item], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Order number: []. Name: []. Address: [___]."

Returning the goods

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, please send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal, to:

Please contact us first at info@lebere.eu so we can confirm the return process and, where applicable, provide you with a return shipping label.

• Option A: We cover the cost of return shipping and will send you a prepaid label.
• Option B: You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Condition of the goods

You should handle the goods with reasonable care — you're welcome to examine them as you would in a shop, to check their nature and features. However, if the goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the goods from your refund. This is different from our previous policy — we cannot refuse a return outright just because tags were removed or an item was tried on; we can only reduce the refund accordingly.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods (or proof that you've sent them), we will inspect them and process your refund within 14 days of the date you informed us of your withdrawal. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier.

Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and display the refund.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants);
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed after delivery (e.g. certain personal care/beauty products);
• Custom-made or clearly personalized goods (e.g. special orders, personalized items);
• Sealed audio, video recordings, or software which have been unsealed after delivery;
• Goods which, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Gift cards are also excluded, as they are not physical goods covered by the withdrawal right.

Please note: unlike a standard "returns policy," we cannot exclude discounted/sale items from the right of withdrawal — under EU law, sale items carry the same withdrawal rights as full-price items. The exceptions above are the only ones permitted by law.

Damages, Defects, and Legal Warranty

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@lebere.eu if an item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, so we can resolve it promptly.

Separately from the right of withdrawal above, as a consumer in the EU you are also entitled to a statutory 2-year legal guarantee (warranty of conformity) for any defects that exist at the time of delivery, even if they only become apparent later. This is a legal right and applies in addition to, not instead of, the 14-day withdrawal right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to withdraw from your current order following the process above, and place a new order separately for the item you'd like instead.
